Speaker Bio

Steve Stodola is the Assistant Director of The Wilds of New England. He and his wife Rhonae have been involved in The Wilds ministry since 1989. Steve served as the Director of The Wilds of the Rockies and the Assistant Director at The Wilds of North Carolina before coming to New England in 2015. Rhonae manages the Sweet Shoppe at camp and works alongside Steve in a teen leadership program called CIT. Steve and Rhonae have three adult children and one son who is with the Lord.

Temptation 101 (Teens)
Temptation does not play favorites- we all have to face it. The question is whether or not we know what to do with it when it comes our way. I Corinthians 10:13 and Matthew 4 give us clear direction on how to handle temptation God’s way.
Do All Roads Lead to Heaven? (Teens)

This question has been around for a long time and continues to be a current theme in our culture. As Christians, we know the simple answer to it, but do we know how to defend/explain our answer? This session is designed to both answer the question and provide Biblical explanations as to why we believe that all roads do not lead to heaven.

Fear, Worry, and Anxiety (Teens)
All of us deal with these three big words at some level at some point in our lives. Often, they feel invincible. However, the Bible does have answers as to how God wants us to deal with these issues in our spiritual lives. The great news is that with these answers comes a truck load of hope!
10 Principles for Handling Life for Good (Teens)
We all run into challenging situations that require us to make instant decisions about God, other people, and even ourselves. These situations are a great opportunity make a difference for good. This interactive session will cover 10 principles that can direct and inform our decisions to make a difference for God’s glory, the good of others, and our own personal growth.
