Speaker Bio
Staci B. Morgan, MSN, RN, and her husband, Brett, have been homeschooling since 2010. She says her real education has come as she homeschools her children, who vary in unique gifts and differences, ranging from academic giftedness, learning disabilities, and medical complexities. With two graduated children moved on to college and only two left to homeschool, Brett and Staci try to slow the hands of time, but to no avail. Staci loves speaking at homeschool conferences near and far, sharing practical help and true hope with homeschooling families, especially those with special learners.

Raising Our Special Learners from On Our Knees
Parenting a child with special needs is both a sacred calling and a daily surrender. It is a path marked by deep love, unseen labor, persistent advocacy, and a level of exhaustion few truly understand. We will explore where to find your source of strength and joy as you raise up your special learner from on our knees.
Looking Through a Different Lens of Homeschooling a Child with ADHD
Have you ever asked yourself: “How do I get my child to focus on school? How can I get them to stop jumping around and being distracted all day? And how is it possible they play video games for hours but not focus in on school for even 5 minutes.” In the workshop: Looking Through the Lens of Homeschooling a Child with ADHD, you will learn how to utilize the gifts of ADD/ADHD to dial in the focus of learning for your child and for you.
Transcripts for Special Learners
Creating a high school transcript for a homeschooled special learner can feel overwhelming – especially when courses don’t fit neatly into traditional boxes. Join us for the workshop Transcripts for Special Learners and learn how to create high school transcripts for students with learning disabilities or medical complexities. We’ll cover how to document nontraditional courses, therapies, life skills, internships, interest-based learning, and modified academics in a way that is accurate and God-honoring.
Grace for the Special Learners Parent
Grace for the Special Needs Parent will offer encouragement, truth, and rest for parents walking the road of homeschooling a child with special needs. Together, we will explore God’s grace not only as sufficient but also as sustaining us through the questions, the grief, the fatigue, while providing a place to find rest and renewal.
