If you’re like most parents, you feel frustrated and defeated when confronted with your child’s challenging behaviors. The daily struggles can sap your energy and joy in parenting. You worry that you’re failing at raising your child and know this is impacting your entire family. This workshop is designed to help parents and caregivers who have a child with challenging behavior. We will provide insights into challenging behaviors such as, “All behavior is communication” and make suggestions about common reasons behind emotional and behavioral problems. Practical approaches and successful strategies for children impacted by disability will be provided. Time for ‘Q & A’ will be included.
